How to Use Trello to Storyboard and Apple Shortcuts to Automate Capture

I have been using Trello for years. For every course I have created on Pluralsight or Udemy, I have always started the course planning with Trello. It helps me map out the modules and beats of the course, and then I can create cards for each video I want to make.

Within the Trello card, I can add bullets for topics I want to cover and checklists for keeping track of that video's progress during production.

On top of that, I also use Trello to capture bugs I find during my eLearning development and quickly capture the bug and take a pick using Apple Shortcuts that then creates a follow-up card for me in Trello.
